Name: James McAdoo

Overall Rank: #4

Position (Rank): Power Forward (#2)

College: North Carolina

High School: Norfolk Christian (Virginia)

Evaluation: McAdoo is the most fundamentally sound player in the class on both ends of the court. He has great technique and positions himself well on both offense and defense. His effort is never lagging and his rebounding and shot-blocking are outstanding. He finishes around the basket well and can make up for teammates’ mistakes. McAdoo has also developed a nice shot in both the mid-range game and from behind the arc. He also the floor well too and is a good finisher who will not be denied around the rim. However, McAdoo needs to get stronger more than anything else to elevate his game. Expect him to be a great player at North Carolina and to be an impact player even off the bench as a freshman.
