He has some of the best ball-handling skills in his class and consistently utilizes  dribble-penetration since he is more athletic than the guy guarding him.

Frazier is an excellent shooter who excels in catch and shoot situations. Also, he is able to he blocks shots, rebound and start the fast break.

5. Florida– The Gators have a good backcourt in the class of 2012 coming in between point guard Braxton Ogbueze (#37) and shooting guard Michael Frazier (#41). Ogbueze is a very good point guard in a class thin at the position and has some of the best ball-handling skills in his class. He also consistently utilizes dribble-penetration since he is more athletic than the defender guarding him. He is able to finish through contact as well and has a solid stroke. At the other guard, you have Frazier who is an excellent shooter that  excels in catch and shoot situations. One of my favorite things about him is that he gets involved in the game in every way he can. Even though he’s a shooting guard, he blocks shots, rebounds and starts the fast break. Frazier also has a quick release and hustles for every loose ball. Florida still has a shot at a bunch of big-time prospects including power forwards Tony Parker (#15), Alex Poythress (#25) and Robert Carter (#33) and center Joell James (just out of top 50).
