The Canadian Pipeline

In the last two years, four McDonald’s All-Americans have been born in Canada, but in the previous decade, zero originated from our neighbors to the North. The biggest reason for this new development is Findlay Prep, who has graduated three of those All-Americans (Myck Kabongo, Cory Joseph, and Tristan Thompson). Interestingly enough, Texas coach Rick Barnes has received commitments from all three of those prospects. The other All-American is Khem Birch from Notre Dame Prep who has committed to Pittsburg next fall.
