Combo forward picks Clemson

Class of 2012 small forward Jaron Blossomgame chose the Tigers giving them another versatile combo forward who can play the perimeter or down low on the block. He has a nice shot with a quick release and a nice pump fake which allows him to get by the defender to either get to the basket or pull up for a mid-range jumper. He is an effective slasher who is able to finish through contact and get to the free throw line as well as using great body control to finish around big men waiting in the paint. He is also able to play in the post and has good jumping ability which allows him to rebound well for his position. Clemson already has sophomore Milton Jennings and Class of 2011 recruit Bernard Sullivan so Blossomgame is going to have some tough competition to get some playing time.
